Products & Usage

  • Yes. Our products are developed and manufactured in Canada under NHP regulatory standards.

  • Aluminum is lightweight, highly recyclable, and offers effective protection against light and moisture. The outer kraft paper packaging is fully recyclable and designed to minimize unnecessary plastic use.

  • Yes. Our quality process includes in-house laboratory testing and third-party laboratory testing. Depending on the product and batch, testing may include potency, purity, heavy metals, microbial limits, active ingredient content, oxidation stability, and other quality indicators.

  • It means our own biotech laboratory supports testing and review throughout the product development process, from raw materials to finished products. This allows our scientific team to better evaluate ingredient quality, formulation consistency, and finished product standards.

  • Yes. Heavy metals and microbial limits are part of our quality review process. Test results are reviewed against applicable Canadian quality and safety standards, and our products are released only when they meet the required limits and our internal quality specifications.

  • Our seal oil is sourced through Canadian suppliers operating within Canada’s regulated seal harvest system. The Canadian seal harvest is managed by Fisheries and Oceans Canada, with controls related to licensing, monitoring, and sustainability.

  • Canada’s seal harvest is subject to Marine Mammal Regulations that set requirements for harvest methods and tools. We source through suppliers who operate within this regulated framework.

  • Yes. Wide Naturals is a member of the Seals & Sealing Network, an industry network associated with Canadian Seal Products. The network brings together participants across Canada’s seal products sector, including harvesters, processors, manufacturers, retailers, and Indigenous communities. This membership supports our commitment to responsible sourcing, product quality, and transparency within Canada’s regulated seal products industry.

  • Please store products according to the instructions on the label, typically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Order

  • Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment locations in Vancouver, British Columbia.

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for public holidays. 

  • Yes. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products within 30 days after delivery, subject to our return conditions. Please contact us at info@widenaturals.com before sending any items back.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details so we can assist you.

  • Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
